XX Congress 2023

A company’s twentieth congress is always a historic milestone, a moment that deserves a setting as ambitious as the journey that led there. In 2023, Venuesin organised the Glassdrive XX Congress, celebrating the twentieth edition of the annual convention of Europe’s leading automotive glass repair and replacement specialist, at Dolce CampoReal Lisboa, a benchmark resort north of Lisbon.

With twenty editions behind it, the Glassdrive Congress is an event that the brand’s franchisees and partners look forward to every year. The twentieth edition therefore carried particular symbolic weight. Venuesin worked closely with the Glassdrive team to design a programme that honoured this milestone, from the stage decoration with commemorative XX Congress visual identity through to the gala dinner that closed the event.

Dolce CampoReal proved to be an excellent choice. Its main auditorium, with capacity for hundreds of guests and professional-grade audiovisual equipment, is one of the best congress and convention spaces in the Lisbon region. Venuesin coordinated accommodation, full catering for the two event days, thematic decoration, audiovisual production and entertainment for the social moments.

The staging of the automotive vehicles on stage, a characteristic element of automotive sector congresses, was also managed by the Venuesin team, reinforcing the Glassdrive brand identity throughout all event moments.
