Venuesin was chosen to organise a Web Summit Party for a technology company, an event held at the client’s own premises, transforming the office into a party and networking space that could hold its own against the best side events of the conference.

Turning an office into a party venue presents challenges that a dedicated event space does not. The setup and breakdown logistics have very tight time windows, the decoration must work within the fixed elements of the space, and the production must be flexible enough to adapt to a floor plan that was not designed for events. Venuesin solved all of these challenges with ease.

The production included designer furniture with colourful LED cubes that created an immersive and contemporary visual atmosphere, perfectly aligned with the aesthetic of the best tech parties, an audiovisual system, premium cocktail catering, musical entertainment and hostesses for guest reception and management.
