Training Campus 17th Edition, 2024

In 2024, Venuesin supported the 17th edition of the Worten Training Campus, the largest internal training event of Portugal’s leading consumer electronics retailer. The Centro de Congressos do Estoril was the chosen stage to bring together hundreds of employees around the theme We Go Together, an annual event that combines training, motivation and a celebration of the company’s culture.

With nearly two decades of history, the Worten Training Campus is one of the most consistent and ambitious corporate training events in the Portuguese retail market. Organising the 17th edition meant honouring the event’s tradition while raising the bar on production quality and participant experience.

Venuesin coordinated the full production, including accommodation for all participants travelling from different regions of the country, catering throughout both event days, high-impact audiovisual production with a stage system and large-format LED screens, entertainment between sessions and all graphic production, from signage and banners to training session support materials.

The result was an event that Worten employees described as the most impactful Training Campus they had experienced, a testament to the maturity that an annual event achieves when it is entrusted to specialists who know every detail of the process.
