Product Launch – Lisbon & Porto | October 2025

Orbit chose Venuesin to coordinate the launch of their new product across two of Portugal’s major cities — Lisbon and Porto — held simultaneously in October 2025. A dual-city operation demanding logistical precision and consistent execution across two venues of distinct character: Guia Lounge in Cascais and Morro Eventos in Vila Nova de Gaia.

A product launch is, by nature, a moment of strategic communication: the goal is to create impact, convey brand values, and leave a lasting impression on guests. Venuesin ensured both events shared the same identity and quality of experience, regardless of location — with carefully curated catering, hostesses for guest welcome and management, and logistical coordination that kept both venues perfectly aligned throughout.

Guia Lounge in Cascais brought a sophisticated, contemporary atmosphere by the sea. Morro Eventos in Vila Nova de Gaia offered a distinctive and versatile setting, well-suited to the energy a product launch demands in the north of Portugal.
