Pre-Summer Sales Convention 2024

With summer approaching and the sales teams ready for peak season, PepsiCo chose Venuesin to organise its Pre-Summer Sales Convention 2024, a motivation and commercial briefing event held at Quinta da Bichinha, a countryside event space on the outskirts of Lisbon.

The Lay’s brand Sales Convention is a commercial force mobilisation event. The goal is to align the entire sales team with the targets, campaigns and news for the most important period of the year in the snacks category. Venuesin created an environment that combined the energy of a sales convention with the informality of a summer outdoor event, white chairs aligned in front of colourful projection screens, personalised Lay’s branded bags for each participant and a layout that encouraged interaction between teams from different regions.

Services included full catering for lunch and coffee breaks, audiovisual production for the commercial presentations, a team building programme to strengthen cohesion and competitive spirit, and the coordination of hostesses for participant reception and management.

This event illustrates Venuesin’s versatility well, the ability to adapt the service level and event profile to any format, from a boardroom meeting to a large sales force convention, while maintaining the same standards of execution throughout.
