Partner Connect Meeting – May 2026

In May 2026, VenuesIn brought the Talkdesk Partner Connect Meeting to Prague.

For the third consecutive year, VenuesIn served as the production partner for this annual gathering of Talkdesk’s EMEA Partners – a leading company in the software and artificial intelligence industry. Prague was chosen for the way it blends stunning architecture with a cosmopolitan energy that elevates any group experience.

The event took place at the Hilton Prague Atrium, with the Awards Dinner held at the iconic Municipal House Restaurant, in the heart of the historic city centre.

With a full 360° production, VenuesIn took on end-to-end event management: venue, accommodation, audiovisuals, catering, transfers, branding, entertainment and all logistics, with the team on the ground throughout every day of the programme.

In the plenary room, the technical setup ensured clear, high-impact communication with projection, sound and lighting to match each speaker’s moment. Catering was carefully curated across every touchpoint: from the welcome cocktail at the Cloud 9 rooftop, to group lunches at the hotel, the offsite Awards Dinner, and intimate group dinners across the city. On day two, breakout sessions and workshops kept Partners engaged and energised throughout.

The result was a seamless event and outstanding feedback from all attendees, more than 120 people, exactly what you can expect when VenuesIn is involved, whether in Portugal or anywhere across Europe.
