Kick Off Meeting – February 2026

In February 2026, Venuesin produced a Kick Off Meeting for a consulting company at SUD Lisbon Hall, one of Lisbon’s most versatile and contemporary corporate event venues, located alongside the Tagus River with natural light and flexible layout configurations.

The goal was to create an environment that combined strategic alignment, brand identity and team energy, setting the tone for a new business cycle with purpose and motivation. Through a full 360º event production, Venuesin managed every aspect of the event from concept to execution, coordinating venue, audiovisuals, catering, furniture, decoration, entertainment and logistics.

The full technical setup ensured clear and impactful communication throughout the day, covering projection, sound and lighting tailored to the programme. Catering was designed to complement the event’s pace, with quality coffee breaks and meals integrated into the overall experience. Furniture and decoration were carefully selected to reflect the company’s identity and clearly define the working, networking and break areas. Entertainment moments kept the team engaged and energised throughout the day, while all supplier coordination and on-site logistics were fully managed by Venuesin to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
