International Incentive Dinner

International incentive programmes are one of the most powerful tools for motivating and retaining commercial teams, and a gala dinner is often the highlight of those experiences. In 2024, Venuesin was chosen by PepsiCo to organise the International Incentive Dinner at Casa de Desenho, a unique event space in the heart of Lisbon, characterised by its converted industrial architecture and the ability to create fully immersive environments.

The brief was demanding. The goal was to create a visual and sensory experience that would surprise participants arriving from several European countries, all accustomed to high-level incentive events. Venuesin responded with a futuristic and vibrant design concept, designer furniture, LED lighting in intense blue and red tones, neon elements and a mirrored dance floor that became the energy centre of the evening.

The catering was developed specifically for the event, with a menu that combined Portuguese flavours with contemporary presentation. The audiovisual system delivered both the immersive soundscape during dinner and the concert-like energy during the party that followed.

The entertainment, from the welcome performers to the DJ who led the party, was carefully selected and coordinated by Venuesin to create a progression of moments that kept guests engaged from start to finish.
