General Meeting, October 2025

In October 2025, Venuesin had the privilege of organising the annual General Meeting of Smollan, one of the world’s largest sales outsourcing and merchandising companies, at one of Lisbon’s most versatile event spaces, the Plaza Ribeiro Telles.

The challenge was to create a corporate meeting environment for the entire company and with the special participation of its main customers, a total of 160 people, that conveyed professionalism, team cohesion and the visual identity of the One Brand, One Smollan concept, all at once. With a central stage equipped with large-format screens, high-precision lighting and a state-of-the-art audiovisual system, the room was transformed into a high-impact internal communication space.

Venuesin managed the entire event, from venue selection and contracting to the coordination of all suppliers on the day, including custom catering for breaks and meals, audiovisual production with live streaming, entertainment between sessions and transport and participant reception logistics.

This project demonstrates Venuesin’s ability to turn an internal meeting into a moment of organisational culture, where every detail reinforces the message the company wants to convey to its team.
