Family Reunion 2024

The Family Reunion is the largest and most anticipated annual event of Keller Williams Portugal, a convention that gathers more than 600 of real estate agents from across the country for two days of training, knowledge sharing, motivation and celebration of results. In 2024, Venuesin was a key partner in the organisation of this large-scale event at Nau Salgados Palace, a five-star resort in the heart of the Algarve.

Organising an event of this size and complexity requires impeccable coordination. Nau Salgados Palace was chosen for its capacity to accommodate hundreds of participants in quality lodging, for its main auditorium with stage and large-format screens suitable for an international conference-level production, and for its resort setting that encourages informal networking and celebratory moments.

Venuesin handled all logistical and production aspects, including accommodation for all participants, catering for all meals and social events throughout the programme, entertainment for the gala nights and celebration moments, and a simultaneous translation service that ensured all content, including presentations by international Keller Williams speakers, reached every participant with clarity and accuracy.
