In 2025, Decathlon celebrated 25 years in Portugal, bringing together 700 employees for a memorable evening, and Venuesin had the privilege of producing the event.

The event took place at Lx Factory in Alcântara, Lisbon—an industrial venue with its own unique identity—which served as the setting for a day of reunions, celebration, and festivities.

The program combined formal and festive moments: the reception for participants gave way to a commemorative gathering, followed by the traditional singing of “Happy Birthday” with a birthday cake and a welcome drink. Afterward, the space was transformed for a buffet dinner, enlivened by a band, with the dance floor heating up for a DJ set that lasted well into the night.

With a 360° production and a multidisciplinary team—including reception hosts, access control staff, and coat check attendants—Venuesin took full charge of every aspect of the event: venue, audiovisuals, catering, decor, entertainment, and logistics.
