In 2023, PepsiCo chose Venuesin to transform this popular format into a corporate event of excellence, the Corporate Arraial 2023, a summer party for its teams that combined the aesthetic and energy of traditional Portuguese street festivals with the rigour and production quality the brand demands.

Organising a corporate arraial requires a delicate balance. The authenticity and informality that make the format special must be preserved, without compromising on catering quality, audiovisual reliability or the visual consistency that a major multinational requires. The production included arraial-themed decoration with balloons, bunting and the colourful, light-filled elements characteristic of popular Portuguese festivals, event furniture suited to the outdoor format, catering with seasonal Portuguese specialities served buffet style, an audiovisual system for live entertainment and animation with live performances that created a genuinely festive atmosphere.

The event was recognised internally at PepsiCo as a success, a moment of togetherness that strengthened team cohesion and celebrated the spirit of a company that, despite being a multinational, knows how to value the culture and traditions of the country where it operates.
