Christmas Dinner 2023, PepsiCo

In December 2023, PepsiCo once again trusted Venuesin to organise its Christmas Dinner, this time at A Estufa in Lisbon, a venue with a very distinct personality. An intimate indoor setting with plant elements and an aesthetic that blends the rustic with the contemporary, it is perfectly suited to creating a celebratory atmosphere that feels both refined and warm.

A continued relationship with clients such as PepsiCo is the greatest mark of trust an events company can receive, and it also carries an added responsibility. Each edition must surpass the last. For the 2023 Christmas Dinner, Venuesin developed a bespoke Christmas concept for A Estufa, enhancing the identity of the space with premium seasonal elements that moved well beyond conventional decoration.

The catering was developed in partnership with the venue, with a seasonal menu considered down to the last detail, from the welcome cocktail amuse-bouches through to dessert. Entertainment included programmed surprise moments throughout the evening, and the audiovisual system delivered both the ambient sound during dinner and the internal communication moments that are part of this type of annual celebration.

Venuesin coordinated the full production in close collaboration with the PepsiCo events team, ensuring every element of the event reflected the values and culture of the multinational.
