Annual Retreat 2021

2021 was a special year for corporate events in Portugal. After months of restrictions imposed by the pandemic, companies were once again able to bring their teams together in person, and returning to face-to-face gathering carried an emotional significance that no virtual event can replicate. Venuesin organised the Annual Retreat of an Information Technology company at OHAI Nazaré The Outdoor Resort, making it one of the first major post-pandemic corporate retreats held in Portugal.

The choice of OHAI Nazaré could not have been better suited to the moment. An outdoor resort with generous open spaces, abundant greenery and a close connection with nature was the perfect antidote to months of remote work and isolation. The simple act of being together, outdoors, in a place of singular beauty, carried a therapeutic and motivational value that no presentation could replicate.

Venuesin delivered a complete production, including accommodation, full catering for both days, including an outdoor gala dinner under an illuminated canopy of rare beauty, audiovisual production with large-format screens for the plenary sessions, entertainment, furniture, hostesses, graphic production and a team building programme designed to rebuild bonds and strengthen the cohesion of a team that had spent months working apart.

This retreat remained in the memory of all participants as a landmark moment of return, the beginning of a new chapter. Venuesin is proud to have been part of that moment.
