VenuesIn launches corporate event cost calculator

VenuesIn, a platform specializing in finding and selecting event spaces in Portugal, has just launched the first corporate event cost calculator, developed with artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Created to simplify and accelerate the planning of business events, it provides a personalized cost estimate in seconds.

“We want planning a corporate event to be a simple, transparent, and efficient process. Our new smart calculator allows companies to obtain a reliable and immediate estimate, saving time and facilitating decision-making,” says Rodrigo Nené, co-founder and CEO of VenuesIn, quoted in a press release.

By aggregating real data from hundreds of events, the calculator uses AI to analyze specific customer needs based on event type, number of participants, accommodation, catering, and additional services to generate a virtual simulation.

“Through a quick online form, users indicate their event requirements and, in less than 24 business hours, receive personalized proposals. Subsequently, the contract is made directly with the suggested partners, without any intermediaries, guaranteeing total transparency and flexibility,” the document explains.
