VenuesIn helps you find the right event space

The company presents itself as an expert in finding the ideal location for corporate events.

Launched in July of this year by Rodrigo Nené and Pedro Garcia Marques, VenuesIn is a company that helps “find the ideal location to organize your corporate event.” Rodrigo Nené, the company’s founder, who already has a database of hundreds of suppliers, explains that VenuesIn is “a completely free service that allows you to receive several proposals from venues, restaurants, hotels, and other additional products/services necessary to organize a successful event.”
To do this, clients indicate the criteria for their desired event by filling out the company’s form and, within 48 hours, receive the respective proposals. “After receiving the various proposals, you can contact the suppliers directly to contract the services, without any intermediation.” However, VenuesIn offers advice at various stages of the process, from requesting proposals to organizing the event, “allowing the client to save time in finding the ideal venue. The proposals are sent as turnkey solutions,” he clarifies.
Rodrigo Nené states that the partners/suppliers are all types of organizations that offer services for events, from venues and hotels to transfer companies, audiovisual companies, and tourist entertainment companies. For now, the company’s objective is to be “the best ‘venue finder’ in Portugal”.
