New smart calculator aims to “revolutionize” corporate event planning in Portugal

The calculator allows companies to obtain quick and personalized estimates by analyzing data from hundreds of previous events. By entering information such as event type, number of participants, accommodation, catering, and additional services, the system generates a realistic simulation of the total event cost in seconds, helping to make decisions in a practical and transparent way, the platform states in a press release.
