How VenuesIn Organised the Talkdesk Partner Connect in Prague
Organising an event in another country can feel Intimidating. There are always questions: how do you find reliable suppliers? Who keeps an eye on everything on the ground? How do you make sure the event runs smoothly when you are far from the office?
In May 2026, VenuesIn rose to that challenge once again by organising, for the third consecutive year, the Talkdesk Partner Connect Meeting.
Three years alongside Talkdesk
The Partner Connect brings together Talkdesk’s EMEA partners in a different European city each year. The goal is to combine moments of work, networking and knowledge sharing while taking the opportunity to showcase a memorable destination.
This year, the choice was Prague. With its rich historical heritage, strong hotel offering and excellent corporate event options, the city proved to be the ideal setting for the gathering.
End-to-end support
At VenuesIn we like to be involved in projects from start to finish. For the Partner Connect, that meant coordinating the entire operation, from the initial planning stages through to the last departure.
The event took place at the Hilton Prague Atrium, chosen for its capacity and the conditions required to host a group of this size. The main room had all the technical elements needed for presentations and working sessions, including projection, sound, lighting and permanent technical support.
Throughout the programme, breakout sessions and workshops were also held, creating a more dynamic and participative atmosphere among partners.
More than just meetings
A corporate event is not defined solely by time spent in a room. For that reason, the programme included several moments designed to give participants a more complete experience. The first evening began with a welcome cocktail at the Cloud 9 Rooftop, with views over the city and décor aligned with Talkdesk’s brand identity. There were also dinners at different venues around the city, with the Awards Dinner taking place on the final evening at the Municipal House Restaurant, one of Prague’s most iconic buildings.
All management of local suppliers, accreditations, logistics and brand implementation was handled by the VenuesIn team.
The value of being on the ground
When organising an international event, one question always comes up: who handles the unexpected if something goes wrong?
The answer is straightforward. The VenuesIn team was in Prague before and throughout the entire event to oversee every detail. Being present on the ground allows for quick decisions, coordination of local teams and the assurance that everything unfolds as planned.
It is often that close involvement that makes the difference between a well-organised event and a truly stress-free experience for our clients.
The work starts long before the event
Much of the success of an international event happens before the participants even arrive.
Inspection visits to hotels, venues and local suppliers are a fundamental part of the process. They allow us to get to know the destination better, validate solutions and anticipate potential challenges.
Throughout the year, the VenuesIn team maintains regular contact with international partners, attends industry trade shows and visits different destinations. This ongoing work helps us stay on top of trends, discover new solutions and ensure the quality of the services we recommend to our clients.
International events with the same personal touch
The Partner Connect Meeting in Prague is one more example of the work VenuesIn carries out beyond Portugal’s borders.
Regardless of the destination, the approach remains the same: close involvement, attention to detail and a team present at every stage of the project.
If you are planning a meeting, conference, incentive trip or other corporate event in Europe, we would be delighted to help you find the best solution for your company.
