Our History
From Venue Finder to full event management in Portugal and across Europe
VenuesIn was founded in 2018 based on a simple observation: companies were wasting time and resources contacting dozens of venues individually, with no guarantee of a response and no way to compare options on the market. Rodrigo Nené created a straightforward solution, a free of charge service that streamlines this process and gives clients back their most scarce resource: time.
Over the course of hundreds of events, the team has accumulated in-depth knowledge of the market, the real needs of corporate clients, and best practices in event production.
Clients who started by using Venue Finder began asking for more; they wanted to delegate not only the choice of venue but the entire organization. We responded to this request with precision: we hired new talent, structured processes, and launched Full Event Management. From the first briefing to last guest departing, we manage every element of your corporate event: hotel, catering, activities, transfers and production.
Today, the two services coexist and complement each other: Venue Finder remains active, free, and stronger than ever, with a network of over 700 national and international partners.

The partner network has grown to include hundreds of suppliers. The team has gained extensive experience in organizing conferences, team-building events, incentive trips, and gala dinners throughout the country.

Team expansion, new skills, and Europe
New professionals specializing in creative production and logistics have joined the team. VenuesIn is beginning to organize events outside of Portugal. Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Paris are among the first European destinations.

Official Launch of 360° Event Production
With customer trust firmly established and a strengthened team, VenuesIn is launching its second service: comprehensive management and production of corporate events in Portugal and across Europe. The Venue Finder remains active and free of charge.
2025
Intelligent Cost Calculator (IA) & European Internationalization
VenuesIn is launching Portugal’s first AI-powered corporate event cost calculator, providing personalized estimates in seconds based on real data from hundreds of events.
At the same time, the company is continuing its European expansion by hosting events in various destinations such as Barcelona, Sitges, Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam, Northern Ireland, and Prague, through both service models.
